This project was part of a competition to assist a nonprofit women’s shelter. The goal was to reimagine the space to better serve the community and create a safe, welcoming environment. The design director and I volunteered to design the space, competing with larger architectural firms such as Gensler and Hendy, and we ultimately won the competition.
